St. John's Congregational Council
The Congregational Council is the governing body of the local parish. Congregational Council members are members of the parish elected by the congregation to govern and care for the needs of the local parish. The Congregational Council is guided by the congregation's constitution and bylaws which are in compliance with the NEPA Synod and ELCA Churchwide governing documents.
